Surely anything that you plug in can be classed as electrical?
That's the way I was looking at it, but then I wasn't sure as the item they suggested as an example was headphones, which in itself are not electrical. Same with other things which have been mentioned, eg paper/ink etc.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

I made sure I ordered something light to send back, and the post office is on my route to get the kids from school. So I reckon I did pretty well out of itAlthough how you're supposed to remember a conversation from the original company from last month is beyond me.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -
Just come back from an egg shop - first one I have done with a deli counter. Heart sank as I saw it as I knew I would have to ask the obligatory stupid ham question. I mean, who asks that in a normal situation? Mumbled something about having left my glasses in the car, so couldn't see. Seriously thought about crashing into the nearest cereal box tower afterwards to back up my claims......
I think all the people who write these reports should be forced to do a test run to see how 'natural' it feelsJanuary 2012 GC £296.96/£3000 -

I felt like that when I did a supermarket one, and was stood in front of a range of goat's cheese asking if they sold cheese that wasn't made from cow's milk :cool:Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

According to GFK you aren't supposed to do a competitor call unless you have done the original company call this month! I asked specifically about this and was told it was not allowed - you may have a problem with this!ELITE 5:2

Recently signed up to a couple of mystery shopper sites and one asked for bank account no + sort code I supplied this - is this common practise as am a little worried about fraud.
Thanks in advance
Ben
I felt the same signing up to a new company recently. I called my bank and was advised not to give these details on an application form - only to payroll etc if I had been given work. I mean why do they need them on an application form?!
This was a company not listed on the front page but I was cautious after a couple of people on here having fraudulent activity on their account. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Did I miss something whilst I was on holiday?? I don't think I've read anything about people having problems with their bank accounts! :eek:0 -

I couldn't tell you who as this thread and another one I follow moves so fast! I am sure I read a couple of people had problems but that the banks sorted it out asap. Makes me cautious!!! This is just me, I have been very laid back about things in the past but you just read so many ID fraud stories now etc. :cool:This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
