I don't think it's too unreasonable to ask for a receipt when you've bought food. You could be needing a receipt for claiming expenses through your work if you're away from your workplace, e.g.0

Ooooh I hope I wasn't too obvious xxx
Me too, was more amused when the bar maid followed me upstairs to the loos and signed off all the 'hourly' checks on the sheet (next to the door, glanced at it on the way in and it was blank, on the way out it was up to date......)It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yeah I've had something similar to that one as well. The checklist was on the door facing you as you went in. The member of staff followed me upstairs and the checklist had been checked 2 hours before I entered the venue.
When I went into the toilets I didn't hang about. I quickly checked what I had to check and made for the door. When the door opened the member of staff was standing there with a big black marker signing away like hell and the checklist was signed up to 6pm that night (it was only 12:30pm).
She got such a fright as she obviously wasn't expecting me to exit as quickly as I did. I said 'oh sorry' and looked at the checklist, then looked at her and said 'gosh I didn't realise I had been here all afternoon'. Her face went bright red and I trotted off toward the exit.0 -

hi all ive been msing for a year now and i had my first bad experience yesterday. I was supposed to do two mobile phone shops. I did the first one, i had the rudest most unprofessional member of staff deal with my enquiry. He said to me your asking so many questions are you a mystery shopper? which i replied what is one of them? After that experience i was ready to say exactly how he treat me in the questionnare so i went to Mcdonalds for the wi-fi. However After an hour and a half of writing It would let me submit... at this point i had had enough and canceled both visits and went home so i wasted 2 hours in town and not gained the £30 i was meant to. arggh

I've got to go to Birmingham airport in an hour to drop my son off and theres a nice french sandwich shop to do landside so I thought I would grab it. That was until I read the assignment notes
you must say to the team member ‘I need to order some lunch/breakfast for a meeting. Do you do deliveries for
lunch/breakfast?’
!!!!!!? At Birmingham airport?
The question is, shall I wear a flashing red light on my head as well as a sticker on my forehead saying "Mystery shopper"?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

Is there a hotel at the airport? Maybe say you're planning on having it there but prefer the company being shopped's food?

Has anyone had a problem doing the online order for home delivery option for a GAP Pizza?? I could not get the order to go through no mater what I tried, re registering, clearing cookies, paying cash on delivery etc.
As we were really wanting a Pizza for dinner I phoned and ordered it, do you think there is any way I can use this for the report, I have a screenshot of the error message.0 -

Me too, been on the Costa del crime for a week and seriously cannot be bothered to work now I'm home. Even my easy regular audit today was such a chore.0
