Thanks for the info love. You the bestest :j:j

Shame not all their stores have staff like this. I'd be in and out in no time. Last time I did one of these, the consultant more or less locked the door and would not let me out until I said I would promise to take a contract out. LOL. That was funny.

Pleasure! I agree a good salesperson makes you work for your MSing money!

Think I've mucked this one up - forgot to check I had a receipt after being given my change. Once I realised, it was too late and next customer had been served. So only option was to ask for a handwritten receipt (it is on official ***** receipt notepaper). I realise it says in the notes that handwritten ones will only be accepted in extenuating circumstances. What are the chances I will get paid for this? Feel very reluctant to fill in the questionnaire tonight as I don't want to give them a load of free info!! Should I just hold off till monday am?

Any advice or suggestions very welcome :)

I would fill it in anyway and explain on Monday when they open. I know it would be annoying not to get paid, but I've found it's best to show willing when it's your fault that the job didn't go to plan.
Here I go again on my own....

Thanks - know that's the right thing to do, but had a crappy day and feeling a bit fed up! Will have a go and hopefully it will let me get passed the bit where you have to enter all the till receipt details.......

It's always seems to be tns that I muck things up for - never have any problems for the other companies!

Just did my first TNS job and it went horribly, staff member was a nightmare. Never mind I did my bit at least.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

TNS has got the most straight forward questionnaires!
  • I had to ask for an itemised bill today in a bar visit and OMG the guys jaw dropped to the bar! He stared at me for like 6 seconds and then did it!

    Anyone else have that before?

I always think it's a bit suspicious asking for a receipt in some places especially pubs if it's just for a couple of drinks.
  • True, and with another shop I have done they have said don't worry if you dont get one for the drinks. We had ordered a meal for two so don't think it was totally unreasonable as places like Weatherspoons always hand one out.

Ooooh I hope I wasn't too obvious xxx
