You need to get on their backs. I phoned Belgium and got transferred about 3 times before my query was handled properly. I eventually got paid but they omitted my parking fee of £3 which they said they were going to reimburse.mysteryshoppingninja wrote: »Yep. Same here. Right. I feel so much better today (hope it lasts) and my boss is out the office and i have little work, which means................Join new companies day lol

left a couple of them for this morning though before I go out, it got to 3am and I couldn't concentrate.
