I did one on 15th July and still waiting; I have contacted them twice and they have said they are chasing the attractions people but as I have said to React, £150 is a lot to me and nothing to a multi billion pound company. If I get it I will put it on the forum.

Don't worry about it- you can input it at the time with no problem. But if you're feeling particularly conscientious, your Gap homework is to "think about it" in advance (i.e. the phone store in question was third in your estimations before... but first after the superb service during your visit! )

Any of these I have done I have just filled that bit in on paper before hand and then completed it all after the visit - assuming it is the same brief I had. Is it when you have to rank things in how you view them?

Is very frustrating as OH is off work this week so I could have done a few as he was around to look after DS. :mad:

lol good point well made !!! Will call React yet again tomorrow as they keep promising me they will call me back but never do. Will also post when I get the refund and will get the flags flying !!!

Same thing happened to me last month - I just did the advance bit the morning that I did the job before I left the house. Daft really - but then, thats Gap all over!

Who on this site nicknamed them that as that poster is a genius. Been trawling through the GYP posts to see who it was.

As you all know this is a big career change for me. I joined Gyp and hated the fast foods. After years of eating lettuce leaves with a tiny bit of tuna I find it hard to beak the habit. I like the chicken nuggets but limit myself to 1 or 2 and skip the french fries.

Over 6 months I have done loads of burger places, but only done 5 red food shops, and a fast chicken place. Got an email saying I could not longer do the red shops ( only done 5 and banned now from fast chicken ( and only had done 6)
Yet they must be stick where I live as several times a week I get begging calls to do the Golden arches. I have got tough with them though and tell them since you abnned me for no reason why shoudl I put myself out and do you burger joints so as you have been unfair to me I feel no loyalty to you so will only do the burger job at at leat double the fee plus extra for travel. They sounded gobsmacked and sai they would get back to me. I was astounded to get a £20 premium plus my petrol paid plus a got 6 petrol jobs. Surprised they agreed to that.

Well nothing ventured nothing gained.

Any car job experts on here. I did a GFK car job with a top of the range jeep car. Car costs £27, 000. Guy let me go off on my own. It was great fun.

I fancy doing more car jobs. Has anyone here done a lot of them and can guide me how to get them.

Ah that was Hollypear who named them Gyp. I miss her on here. She hasn't posted for ages. Used to love reading her comments. She had a wicked sense of humour!

GabsRus - bare do car circuits but so far we haven't been allowed to take them for a test drive, maybe that'll change in the future. Personally I hated the car visits as I hate haggling down and then walking off - I'm too soft!
