    Hi there,

Is anyone else having problems viewing jobs on ESA? have literally just received email showing list of jobs, but when I log in it tells me there are none in my area, which there clearly are. Not had this before, normally see them all.
I haven't changed any settings or my postcode or anything like that!

    :(

Thanks, will go hunting for a staff door first :D

This is why its usually much easier to do them covertly - it takes longer to sign in than do the job!

If its one that we have permission to do I ofter just have my authorisation letter in my hand and do the photos - that was if I'm asked I can just tell them the truth; that its quicker just to do it!

Mine's working fine: have you got the "click here to reset boundaries" button at the top? If so try that and see if any jobs come up anywhere.

If I take out my postcode completely I can see all jobs 700+. When i put my postcode in (that is the same as some of the jobs i'm interested in), everything disappears, even the jobs in the same postcode area as me, and the filter searching 40 miles around!
I'm not a newbie, and have been using their site for a while, so not quite sure what is going on....

I am having a problem 2 and they are not answering the phone, so there may be a technical error.

Just a quick question re: ESA. They have heaps of pharmacies near where I live and no one seems to be picking them up, the due date is today. Would it be really cheeky If I called them and said if you increased the fee a bit or gave me a travel fee, I will do them. I've done this with Retail Maxim and RE in the past and they have agreed. I don't know about ESA as I have only done a few visits for them. Anyone know?
