Hi, I have a cinema visit to do tonight and it says it pays purchases (not including the ticket) up to £XX . It only says to buy popcorn. Now I know popcorn is expensive in cinemas but there is no way it will cost £XX so can I buy other stuff and claim it back?

Do us a favour and take the £ out.

Does anyone access TNS via an iphone? When I enter the address, my phone reverts back to the homepage. It never used to happen.
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

If this is the same job I'm doing the £xx is to cover popcorn/drink AND the ticket- but it may be we're talking about two different jobs.

Is this your first job with RE?

If so would you do me a favour and time how long it takes you to complete the report? Just out of pure curiosity!

It's an unfair timing reference to use this clients report as a benchmark as the client and questionnaire were poached from gyp so consequently the report is a doddle!!

I did say "out of pure curiosity" not "so I can use it as a benchmark for other clients".

Lol sorry wasn't trying to imply anything. What I meant was if you're looking for a rough idea of how long an average RE report takes presumably to work out how badly paid they are or how they compare to other reports it's a bad one to pick because it's the quickest one they do since they copied it verbatim from gyp :-)

I reckon they take about ten minutes for a red bookies which is about a 1/3 of the time the blue bookies take because they're really wordy and need a comment on everything...

Actually done a few RE jobs today I might have a go at timing them myself. Am sure they don't come anywhere near!minimum wage once you add the time together from booking it, fighting with the website, printing notes, driving to it, doing the shop, doing the report and then answering the stupid queries!!

For some of their clients I have a crib sheet I can copy and paste from along the lines of "the counter was clean and tidy", "the staff member smiled and made eye contact", "the toilets were vile and hadn't been cleaned for years" etc. Does cut out some of the monotony when doing them :-)

    Hi

Does anyone have anymore info on the above visits where you have to agree to visit the whole county? My question is do they pay mileage since quite a distance from one part of the county to another (65 mile return trip) and no actual towns listed so difficult to see if will be worth doing or not:)

Anyone else signed up for these?

AAAAGH! With RE's reporting now working, I'm having no end of problems with writing my report for Gap! It keeps citing server problems- and with their 8-hour restriction and reputation for NOT being lenient, this could be interesting...

Generally if the report is in before 9am the next day you'll be fine i've found. If in doubt fire off an email now saying that you're doing your best to get them in but they might be delayed, that way they know you're trying.
