Got caught speeding in April bla bla bla sent off licence (issue 12) to the address on the NIC and got it back a month ago with a court code and details of the offence on the paper part of the licence.

Today got a letter from DVLA giving final warning to return issue 12 to them so they can record the offence or my licence will be withdrawn from this Monday.

Anyone had this problem before, off on Holiday tomorrow, doh!! and DVLA offices shut till Monday.

I had similar problem where I'd had my paper licence endorsed with points, upon receiving it back I then passed my D1 so took it in again less than a week later to have the D1 added. When it came back the D1 was on there but not the points. Few weeks later I had letter telling me to send it back in for endorsements or else. I took it back in again and they apologised (I had photocopy of one with endorsement on) and said that the computer records had not updated with the endorsement when the new licence with D1 was issued.

Although DVLA offices are closed today, the call centre is open from 8 til 5.30. So give them a ring and see what they can advise.
