Hi everyone I need help.My friend borrowed this jumper from me and then returned it to me and it's shrunk!has anyone got any remedies please?

You could try washing it in warm water dosed with hair conditioner. (Note hair conditioner not fabric conditioner). This can help untangle and straighten the fibres.
