6m Flat Roof £4200?

Hey I got a quote for repairing my flat roof today and was a little shocked at the cost. Just wondering if its fair or not. Heres a list of the job.

(1) Supply and erect 1 bay of scaffold to rear of property
(2) Supply and torch on 4mm Icopal torch on capping layer 60 meters
(3) Supple and torch on 8mm Icopal green mineral felt 60 meters
(4) Renew rotten ply wood to perimeter of flat roof and paint brown with preservative 2 coats
(5) Fit drip baton to perimeter of flat roof
(6) Renew gutter with new grey plastic
(7) Renew rotten ply wood at bay windows paint brown with 2 coats of brown preservative
(8)Fix any voids in slated roof that water may penetrate.
(9) Supply and fit new lead at void at Zink at top of slates at bay windows
(10) Fit new gutter between bay windows at front of house at flat roof with down pipe and fit drip baton.

Material to be used on roof
4mm Icopal torch on felt
8mm Icopal torch on mineral felt
4inch deep flow gutter
18mm marine ply wood
35mm x 25mm wood treated drip baton
Code 4 lead
New slate

Approximate time of job is 5 days weather permitting
Labour 3 men

Total price of job is £4200

    6 sq metres or 60 sq metres?

    thats 36 m2..not 60. quote does not say if hes stripping old felt off, so is he putting new felt over old ?..also you dont get 8mm thick green mineral felt..= he does not know what hes on about = cowboy.....dont use him:beer:

    Thanks, looks like you could have saved me a small fortune. I had a second roofer out who seemed to think the problem was my gutters.Two sides of the roof dont have guttering. Im going to get a third roofer to see if he comes to the same conclusion.

    most extension flat roofs can be redone in one day with two men. maximum two days. tops.

    I had two quotes last year to repair my two dormers which are each 10ft x 10ft and on the roof of my 3 storey terrace house, one was for £3000 and one for £2000. I did the job myself, hiring scaffolding and using sterling board and rubber membrane for £800.
    It was physically hard and I'm not good with heights but the chance to save £1200 which I didn't have anyway was too much to pass up.
