Jetico Firewall ??

I was going to go for the ZoneAlarm free firewall, which I've had before, but it scores so badly on http://www.firewallleaktester.com/tests.php. Instead I've gone for Jetico, which scores really well. Unfortunately the HelpGuide doesn't seem to down-load properly.
Has anyone any experience of this firewall?
(It asks me everytime I move whether I really want to...)
