I'm pretty sure that as part of the lease agreement you have to be insured fully comp. Remember with a lease you don't own the vehicle and so the lease company have to protect themselves in case of an eventuality.
The lease agreement is with you, not your daughter so the policy would need to be yours.0 -

The provisional licence shouldn't be an issue (but check the insurer would still offer cover after he passes his test).
Your NCD is unaffected by adding a named driver (though any fault claim against the policy would affect the level of any unprotected NCD)0
