Awww, he sounds lovely!
My DD is also a good finder...found 60 Egyptian ponds while swimming in Egpyt. Only equates to about £6 but still she was chuffed. Not a moneysaver like DS though...she spent it on a snorkel (so that she could find more money in the water...she did but only £1 in about 7 different pieces!!)0 -
I've found £50 before in a public loo, I think I was about 12/13 at the time, reported it but noone claimed it so I was allowed to keep it. When I was a little older I found out it is frequented by drug dealers etc so maybe that's why it wasn't claimed. Coins my son tends to nab if he sees them, he's like a magpie, but don't find much round here
so conkers and pine cones it is
researcher, if I knew he was donating his finds to charity I wouldn't mind him stealing my trolleywhat a lovely chap your Dad sounds
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200

I was in a big shopping centre when the wife said there is some money on the floor, so still walking i stooped down and picked it up.
It was £20 outside a cash machine and i felt bad in case it belonged to someone who was not well off but if i had called out has anyone dropped some money i would have been crushed in the stampede to claim it.0
