British Gas Debt

Hi,
I changed over from a token meter to a quarterly with britisg Gas as they said I would be better off per month,, anyway, long story cut shot = £800 gas debt,,, leave me having to go back to token meter but they want £15 per week debt paid back before any usage,,, there's no way I can afford this, does anyone know the lowest legal amount they can recover per week please. Thanks
