You ducked my question.
So like many you are risk averse. Don't blame you at all in fact. As riding a continuous financial roller coaster is no fun. Never knowing what might happen tomorrow (Which is why BTL is deemed so popular as is effortless).
In fact my investment still has to make money. As the Company despite raising £18 million pounds in venture and private investor capital since. Is yet to make a profit. Though the exit route ultimately is to sell the IP or float onto the markets.0 -

Far too many people on here assume that if you have bought to let, you have a BTL mortgage. That's not necessarily the case.
Good job I didn't assume that then isn't it.
I just assumed, from your posts, you were invested. Seems I was right. You can kind of tell from what people write and how they have to bring out the pictures and slag off others to make themselves feel better

I don't have a flat.
I await your next useless none point piece of ammo
You can't wish someone well without a torrent of abuse back 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Wow! Just like you're slagging me off now!Graham_Devon wrote: »Good job I didn't assume that then isn't it.

tbh Graham, the only reason I don't post pictures of a great fat bull having it's testicles cut off is that I am not very good with HTML.Graham_Devon wrote: »bring out the pictures and slag off others to make themselves feel better

I didn't. You asked if I would work for free. Surely the fact that I already have done would answer that?Thrugelmir wrote: »You ducked my question.
Mind you, on the subject of "ducking questions", I asked you a question on Post 60 of this thread which you still haven't answered. Any updates?

This is how it worked with BTL just a few years ago...
1. Buy as many houses as possible with other people's money.
2. Either...
a. Enjoy the party with loads of rental income and rising property prices.
b. Go bankrupt and leave your lenders to pay for your incompetence.
3. You either make loads or lose a little. Simples.

This time next year we'll be millionaires, Rodney. :rotfl:"I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0
