i am about to start reclaiming (for my brother in law) ppi on 8 loans he had over the years with lloyds.i think all the loans are single premium ppi.......
my first question is when i write to lloyds should i keep each loan seperate the reason i ask this is because each loan was paid off early with another loan so i suppose they are all linked
second question is do i need to send template letters with the fos question sheet..
.when i reclaimed for myself it was with template letters from this site
looks like the reclaiming process has changed
thanks in advance

If it was me i'd get the loan account numbers for each loan and fill out an Ombudsman questionaire for each individual loan
that way it'll be easier to keep a track of each account
Keep a copy of each questionaire sent tooIf Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred0 -
Hi there
As Rossy says, keep the complaints separately, even though you may have had so much of a rebate to reduce the balance owed when taking out another, there would still be the remainder of the ppi plus interest to reclaim on each one.
There is now a newish procedure, use the FOS questionnaire, but keep copies, they have 8 weeks in full to respond as usual and post by recorded delivery.

The FOS questionnaire is on the above link further down the page as Stage one.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
