This has me intrigued - I'm looking for some new skincare products and have tried and liked Origins before. Do I remember right that if you pay for an Origins facial the cost is redeemable off their products?

Just to confirm, I phoned Origins to check whether they are still doing the facials and they are - £15 and it's redeemable against any purchase. Which seems more than fair to me Have just booked one and will let you all know what it's like if you're interested.

Which of their cleansers do you recommend?

I'm not too hot on their cleansers- my Boots Advantage points will only stretch so far! They have a nice exfoliating one and a general purpose (for everybody) one both of which I have tried generous sample sizes of and were both good. Maybe ask them, see what they advise?
