someone has raised a question with one of my friends who is selling something, she knows nothing about it really so would love some advice. Many thanks.

However, this e-book is available ---> http://www.floodle.net/extra/ebayinfo/car_radio_decode.html
No need to buy from ebay.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

thats really bad, charging postage for something thats emailed. that would really annoy me.0 -
well you obviously wouldn't purchased from her then would you?! She has her listings sold out every week! 99p - £3.50 an item and lists 7 each so thats the way she does it! I wouldn't charge myself nor would I buy from someone who does! but this was not the question so has nothing to do with it really!
