moveandsave.co.uk - anyone used them?

Hi
I am just about to put a property on the market and have seen an estage agent called moveandsave.co.uk - they only charge £149+vat for selling your house which would be much less than using one of the chains of estate agents.
They seem ok but I wondered if any of you have experience of using them?
I'd appreciate any feedback if you have.
Thanks a lot.

never heard of them and to be honest Ive done a lot of research in this area
they feed into rightmove though, so maybe its worth a punt for 150.
Ive been looking at houseladder, they seem good, and ive had some pretty good reports from other MSErs
Oh just looked at the website. is it midlands only?? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
