Inability to return calls!

Right I am getting infuriated with these people! My wife's thread 'we've been on the market since january...' has provoked a lot of response.
We realise that something has to be done to get more people through the door but we can't get hold of anyone! The girls at the estate agent office provide no suggestions it was myself giving them suggestions. I was unhappy with the manner with which they dealt with it so i've been trying to get hold of the manager for over a week now. This same manager was able to return our calls immediately when we were signing up to them but now has an inability to return a call or answer an email.
Also, our solicitor, now we've signed the agreement with him, is incapable of returning a call too. We are trying to chase up the searches which he has carried out on the house we have just bought. We were due to exchange contracts last week but we can't until the searches are back. I have left so many messages it is getting to be beyond a joke now.
I just wanted to write this to rant! I can't believe what poor customer service these people have! Arghhh!

Try calling them and intimating that you are a new customer, use your wifes maiden name, and say you want Mr Xyz to call you back. It has been known to work!Credit card debt - NIL

Id agree with the theory of this!!
Call the EA and make an appointment to go into the office and speak to the manager. It might involve you taking some time off work but at least you'll be able to get the answers you need from them.£2 Savers Club #156!
Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -
I have finally had the solicitor ring back! Still waiting on the EA though, I like your idea of sitting in the office with a dog...!0
