Where can I buy window insulation kits (shrink type)

Not sure if this is in the right place so please move it if necessary.

I have been looking everywhere but all google does is bring up american sites.

I really need some of these kits to stop the draughts coming through the windows in our rented property.
And I want to get it done before winter sets in.

I have no idea where to look for them or even what they are properly called.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
