i just received a penalty notice(pcn) from rochdale council.
just popped in to collect a parcel from the sorting office and was in there for a minute, yes 1 minute, and received a penalty, i have always parked here for last 10 years while picking up a parcel.
should i pay or pursue the case???
this warden must have been watching me and then pounced.

Loading and unloading is covered here, copy/photo pcn, both sides and remove personal bits. Host on tinypic and Copy the url. Paste it into a post and remove the http://
There may well also be bits of the pcn which are not to the correct standard.
Maybe also post this on pepipoo.com for a different slant on the ticket.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
