It's a pain isn't it Judi. He knows how much gettng this degree means to me nad he acts like a !!!!!!.

Skype annoys the hell out of me too - when DH used to be off round the country auditing he'd skype me but I felt to tied to the pc, at least with the house phone I could wander around and load the dishwasher, do the ironing etc.....but then again, there's only so much time you can spend on the phone (unless it's a new relationship then spending 7 hours on one phone call is fine! )

On a very boring note, I brought one of these sooooper-de-dooooper shedding combs for my long haired cat (twas only a cheapy version from ebay to see if it actually worked)....it came today and I think I've removed enough fur to make 3 whole new cats! Very impressed.

See - told you it was boring.

I use to be really naughty and accidentally hang up on the house phone, pretending that the battery had gone dead!! I've done something to the settings so any calls cut off after 30 minutes.

Cat, nah. As pooky said there's only soo much talking you can do after almost four years in a relationship.

Dh has completely dismantled my laptop,and found the problem that the laptop repair shop couldn't ! They wanted to charge me £300 for a new motherboard,and dh just found a broken connection inside,repaired it, and it's fine!!He was working on the principal that laptop guys said it was dead so nothing to lose..result!

DH has just been denied a loan-most likely because of my horrific credit rating. His is (WAS) perfect and he hasnt got ANY debt! I have told him to get credit reports as we were hacked into about 5 years ago and it caused no end of problems-I have also told him to get a 'disassociation' from me if its my crappy credit affecting him but still.

How utterly crap. He is devastated.

Wouldn't work Jo as he'd call me or text me and then complain that I've got a high phone bill.

I did point this out, that he can't constantly text me and ex[ect me to reply for him to then have a go at me for spending too much money on my phone.
