Argh Bun, that's a pain :( Get credit reports! Did you see the thing in Martin's email this week where you can now get them online for £2 instead of messing about with free trials etc?

DH has just been denied a loan-most likely because of my horrific credit rating. His is (WAS) perfect and he hasnt got ANY debt! I have told him to get credit reports as we were hacked into about 5 years ago and it caused no end of problems-I have also told him to get a 'disassociation' from me if its my crappy credit affecting him but still.

How utterly crap. He is devastated.

I wouldn't blame it on yourself. There is a good credit rating guide on here to follow. I am sure it will be fine and he might find a better one. Go through everything and then see about Zoopla or something like that. It may well be a blessing:D as he could get a better rate.

they are basing decisions on weird criteria these days Bunny. It seems that you only get a loan if you dont NEED one these days.
They are NOT sposed to associate! Mrs P can get anything, no thanks to me though!!!

Bun I dont think it will have anything to do with you, its just very hard to get any credit at the moment...unless like Pepe said you dont want it then they will persuade you over and over to get into debt

It is tempting....I mean, I can afford it and I can pay it back when my student loan/grant comes in.....VERY hard telling myself not to though!
