Everytime i open my freezer the pork pieces are staring at me. I have made a pork casserole in the past with them. I like hot/spicy food and wondered if theres anything i can do with them. Do pork pieces have to defrosted before cooking too.I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.0

what about jerk pork, nice and spicy
Jerk marinade
2 chile peppers, diced and de seeded
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2-inch piece ginger root, peeled, chopped
2 to 3 tbs chile paste
2tbs oil oil
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2tbs water
Place the peppers, onions, and ginger in food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the chile paste and oil and blend. Then add the allspice, oregano, and water. Marinate pork pieces overnight then roast in hot oven.
