water puddle under fridge/freezer

Dear all,
I can see some water puddle around the fridge/freezer, is that Bad news or can it be something simple. I can't see any thing obvious.
Help most appreciated.

Hi there. I am sure that the water will be from the auto defrost. In the rear of the fridge where the cold panel is situated you will get a build up of ice. The fridge will go into defrost and the melt will fall down into a small groove or channel. That is where the trouble will be. At the lowest point of the channel will be a drain hole - blocked up ! Using some soft but flexible wire push the obstruction through until the water drains off. It will flow out the back and onto the pump motor where it will evaporate off. This is the usual answer. No need to move the fridge. The problem is inside at the rear of the fridge. The only things to move are foodstuffs. The cold panel is on the back wall where ice forms up.0
