Printer for Dell PC

I currently have a Dell Photo AIO Printer 922 which is playing up so I am on the hunt for a new printer. I use the printer mostly to print off e mails and small documents (5-6 pages long). Occasionally I use it to print off photos.

Can anyone advise if I can buy any make and model of printer or must I stick with Dell printers? Also does anyone know of a reasonably priced printer out there?

Thanks
Val :)

Why would you want to stick to Dell printers?
Dell don't make their own printers, they are usually Lexmark with a Dell badge.
Any printer will work with your PC providing it has the appropriate interface eg USB.
Personally I tend to use HP, but Canon, Epson make good ones as well.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

I don't really want to stick to Dell printers-I just thought I read somewhere that only Dell printers were compatable with Dell pc's.

    Perhaps on Dell's website?

I'm on my third successive hp printer, worked without much setting up on all pc's i've used. It might be worth looking at kodak though? The ink seems to be cheaper on face value.

Anyway, choose a printer on its own merit (price/features) because it will work on your Dell :)
