Npower energy monitor

I have just set up my npower energy monitor.

I have a prepay metre with EDF energy (one with a key that you top up)

I live in east anglia and when it asks me to enter the price i pay per KWH (kilo watt hour ) Im not sure what we pay as its a prepay metre. Can anyone help ?

Also im not sure if im on tariff 1 or 2

If anyone can answer these questions id be very grateful

  • npower themselves will answer this question, suggest you get yourself set up online or phone them...
    appreciate its prob an 0844 number, and their cust service is pretty poor, but they are legally obliged to tell you

    Glad to see you're using your energy monitor!

    As you're not supplied by npower, if you want to know how much you pay per KWH, you'll need to either look on your bill or contact EDF who'll be able to help you. They'll also be able to tell you which tariff you're on.
