Paint, Painting & Painter advice needed

Hi, What is the best paint to use for the following?
It is for an existing Hair & Beauty Salon. Everything is White right now. I am considering sticking to White.
1) Walls: Some cracks & small holes that will be filled in. Some imperfections in the wall. I think - Dulux Vinyl Matt White? .. please advise
2) Backwash area: Area which will get exposed to water drops, hair colour, shampoo, conditioner on a regular basis. What is the best on to use here ?
3) Doors & Door Frames: I currently have Dulux White Gloss but it seems to have gone to a dull slightly yellowish colour. What is the modern look that won’t go out of fashion? I think I want to stick to White. Which is the best option ?
Thanks in advance.
Also - what is a fair price or the going day rate for a Painter in the South East region. ?

ceilings = matt white.
walls = vinyl.
woodwork = white gloss.
backwash area = tiles.Get some gorm.0 -
i agree with ormus
although you could use an off white on the woodwork , one of the not quite whites , then it won't yellow/fade or rather it wouldn't show up so much
for the walls - how about using dulux soft sheen finish , more wipable than matt , could use white or again an off white , maybe do one feature wall in a bolder colour if you want to add a bit of colour
as for rates expect to pay anything from £100 -£150 per day , obviously get a quote for the whole job , but without seeing it , it is hard to say how long it would take , 2-3 days - around 3-400£s ish + materials0 -
Satinwood on the woodwork will not turn yellow. Keeps its whiteness and is as durable as gloss.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Thanks all for your advice: Im going for
Walls = Dulux Endurance Matt White (more pricey but better reviews)
Backwash = Dulux Endurance Matt White or Dulux Bathroom Emulsion [Tiling is not an option im afraid]
Doors = Dulux Water based Quick Drying Gloss or Satin.
IM getting all this from Homebase as they work out cheapest with their 3 for 2 + 10% off...

Nick - thanks
I have had a couple of guys in - they estimate 2 days work - maybe 3. I think £300 - £400 is fair.0
