Help - Problems with Turbo Lister

For the first time in months and in an attempt to clear some debts before Christmas, I have started ebaying again. I didn't think to check for updates on Turbo Lister before I wrote the listings and so wasn't surprised when 4 out of my 10 listings were invalid. I have managed to sort two of them out but then I check for program updates and Turbo Lister gets so far then stops and says there is a Proxy Error.

What is a Proxy Error? Will I have to uninstall and reinstall Turbo Lister again?

There are major problems tonight as it is a cheap listing day. I've had problems all evening trying to upload items with all sorts of proxy errors.

All you can do is persevere and hope you get your items listed before midnight.

same here, just click 'upload' again and carry on doing it until they've all gone through. ebay is being a nuisance - i've tried relisting a few items too & it doesn't want to let me.

I've spend aaaaages listing items tonight, about 1 in 3 clicks ended up with an error.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get 3 listings on to ebay tonight with auctiva and they keep being put in the scheduled section and then not being posted? I use auctiva all the time so I am really confused?

yep me too, give up in the end..... i dont want my auctions finishing too late in the evening.

Thanks-sorry you aare having the same problems :-( What a drag...especially when I had reasonably expensive items to list which I had saved for today!

Thanks everybody - knew you'd be able to help. I've just opened Turbo Lister again and it's managed to update successfully and tell me all about the new Turbo Lister which was apparently launched in April this year! Shows just how long it is since I've done any eBaying.

Speaking of this new Turbolister version. Anyone using it? Any good? Worth switching? I'll go search old threads to see if it was discussed. That bright banner in my old-version Turbolister is starting to annoy me...

i use it and it seems fine. everything is all on one page and you just click the bits to fill in as required.

I'm using the new TL and I quite like it. As tummteetum says everything is on the one page and you can jsut do your changes in whatever order you find easier.
