dodgy mobile texts/unsubscribed but still charging?

My mum has had a bit of a problem with her mobile, she decided she wanted the world cup ring tone so she got it from one of those "text this number to get this tune" type of things. So she did that, and then they charged her £5 for subscribing to their service - which although she did not mean to do, it is fine as she didn't read the smallprint!
So she texted "stop" to them to unsubscribe and thought it was all sorted. Now this month comes along and this morning she's got a text from them saying that they've taken another £5 from her mobile for her subscription!!!!!!!
she's spoken to o2 and they have confirmed the date that she originally texted stop and that was indeed last month as she says.
So what can we do? She's phoned around several numbers, all of them saying that this company doesn't have a contact number.... hmmmm... if they are sending out text messages surely there is a number somewhere?! haha.. my mum said this and the woman on the phone said "are you calling me a liar?" ...... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..!
The text had these details in so it's one of these companies: dukeboxmobuk; mobigamesuk.com; txt promotions ltd.
Any help or advice very much appreciated - they have taken her money when she had specifically taken the time out to make sure that they didn't do it again by texting stop, as they requested.

If you can get the number the texts were sent from or the number she originaly texted and visit the site for phonepayplus they are the regulator for these services
http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/output/default.aspx
enter the number into the number checker and it will provide contact details for the company you then will need to raise a complaint with them if this fails you escalate it to phonepayplus0
