I've decided I am going into an IVA.. with the above company, does anyone use them now...

    I am currently in an IVA with McCambridge Duffy and they have been more than brilliant - no hiccups; no creditors letters. Any DCA letters I do get I just forward the copy of the IVA proposal and I get left alone :)

    Have a look at www.iva.com

    They have reviews of firms, written by the clients, so you should get a broad section of comments and scores

    HI, We are in an iva with this company and they are great, they sort everything out and give you no hassle. We just have a yearly review where we fill an I & E out and send 3 months pay slips.
