Buyer says bid but not showing?

Hi, I have a buyer from Aus who says they have bid on one of my items but it will not let them request total from seller for postage.

(She has already asked me what the postage is twice, even though clearly marked on the listing!)
My question is surely it would show if she had bid on the item, but there is nothing showing.?

Or am I missing something?

All help gratefully appreciated.

I suspect she has not bid, why else would it not show up as her bidding?! I would stay clear unless she has a registered bid, if she really wants the item she can bid again....... I get the feeling she mayask to do the sale outside of eBay.... something you shouldnt get involved in!!!!

There was something similar a year or so back. Think buyer was outbid but still insisted they had won the item, lots of threats of court action etc. I'm sure Soo will remember better.

Yeah they might have forgot to confirm the bid or bid the same price as someone else, Maybe needed to enter a slightly higher amount.

Mate had one a while back, Guy said he bid more than the final amount and accused my mate of shill bidding. Bid history showed no
bids from this person.
Received all sorts of threats from them, They wanted his to sell the item to them for half the final amount. Strange when they reckon they
actually bid higher now suddenly wants it for half the amount.

Reported them and i think the account got closed.

I'd block them it sounds like this is going to be trouble.

Have you checked the blocked bidders log? (New thing I learnt from Soolin this morning lol)..
If they are from Aus and your settings say you don't post to Aus, they may have thought they bid, but been blocked internally by ebay -= at least I think that's how that works!

Yes they are not on the blocked bidder list it just look like they havent bid!
