Experienced gardeners ... silly seed sowing query! And Kale question

Hi all
I sowed some seeds on Sunday night indoors (too dark outside by the time I had finished out in the garden) into modules and watered them well . Unfortunately with one thing and another this week I have only, stupidly, got to pop them outside today......:o
Some of the seeds have started to germinate and the seedlings are quite white more so than the normal green. The room I sowed them in is quite dark and one tray had been left on top of another so I understand why they are whiter instead of green. The BIG question is will they be OK and 'go green' or should I start again ???????? They are mainly things like lettuce plus some oriental veg if that makes any difference. I am not a total newbie and know they should have gone straight outside on Monday but dont want to bin them if I dont have to. Thanks for any help.
Also are there any types of kale that I can still sow now ???
Thanks again and happy gardening!:j

Kale should be ok to plant - mine says I can grow it as a summer or winter veg, so I do tend to plant it out at various times of year.
Your seedlings should green up once they get some light, but might stay a bit spindly for a while. Stick them out and see what happens, I shouldn't think a few day'd make that much difference in the scheme of things. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Thanks lots Elsien for your help, its much appreciated. Will sow some kale tomorrow (outside not inside!).0
