The Hedgepig used to be a good, great-value for money company. However, the last couple of times I've ordered have been a disaster.

I ordered in December - 5 weeks later and no reply to all attempted contact, I posted on a well-known kids forum of my problems. The owner of this forum contacted hedgepig for me and 1 week later I get my order, with an apology of sorts (I was actually made to feel bad by the owner for bothering her).

Silly me, I ordered again in May. No goods 7 weeks down the line with no replies to contact again (phone, email) and no reply to the kind lady who owns the forum (whose aid I enlisted once more and also attempted to contact the owner on her mobile).

I am now seeking chargeback. By the way, there was no delay in taking payment from my card.

If I get bad service from a company I don't keep going back in the hope that they'll improve. I find somebody else to shop with.

I agree, but in the past they've been fine. They have great sales, but this is what suckered me in the last couple of times.

I just wanted to warn others that I've had problems recently and to be wary. Personally, I'm not using them again and I hope I can get my money back.
