Basic Bank account with Solo Card

Does anybody know of a Bank that offers a Solo card on a Basic Account other than Natwest please?

Woolwich have a basic bank account with a visa electron too

no you definately get a solo card, I'm with bank of scotland with a basic account and have a solo card!

Thats just plain Bank of scotland and not Royal bank of scotland aint it? lol

Also Yorkshire Bank offer a Maestro Debit Card on their basic accounts now which is better then a Solo!

Yeah I has heard about this but didn't know if it was true!
It's a shame you can't apply online for that account, As we don't have a branch here

Have you got a Clydesdale near you? They are the same bank and offer the same service/card.

I've also heard a rumour that Lloyds now offer a full blown Visa with their basic account, but not totally sure.

Yeah no Royal involved in it! Can't say I like BOS since they merged with Halifax. Once upon a time they were quite reasonable and would refund charges if you were only pences short. That never happens now its always a case of "Computer says no" syndrome!!!! LOL
