Ensuite Quote.....fair?

Hi folks,

I need this done and have received ther following quote.....I am abut to get another quote also. Do you think this sounds a fair price?

I will be providing the tiles.

Remove existing 1 sqm of tiles next to shower tray, replace wooden surface and retile.

Tile additional 2.5 sqm of ensuite floor and fit underfloor heating in that area, fit control for underfloor heating and rcb in fuse box for underfloor heating.

Remove existing radiator and replace with chrome towel rail

£1270 quoted.

Also does anyone know a good link for buying Aqua Wall panneling.

That's it, no fitting of sanitaryware, pipework etc? Where are you? Seems v expensive if that's the case.........

Yes thats it....toilet whb and units already in place.

He said he will lift toilet bowl to fit onto tiles but thats it.

I am in Aberdeen Scotland.......
