Rubbish you're just making it up:cool:
Ok...........
Not only am I reducing my debt, but I'm saving on the interest I was supposed to pay over the lifetime of the mortgage and I'm reducing the amortization period.
I've even taken off my spectacles and in terms of my mortgages, the world is still rosy

What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

And now here you are doing your usual bull-baiting.
When the bulls respond, will we once again have you sobbing across the boards about how ill-used you are, followed by an avalange of 'thanks' from the bear crowd?
You're completely pathetic. The whole bear crowd seem to be a bunch of self-obsessed kids who were spoilt by their parents and want the world handed to them on a platter. I'm getting tired of all their bleating and carping about how badly done to they are.
It makes me ashamed to be in the same generation as you lot. Get some balls and either buy a house or stop crying about it, you babies.
Harry, stop being so Anal........I joined the forum about 18 months ago and there hasn't been a day gone by without a thread from Hamish and his bros harping on about HPI etc etc etc...
If you really want to get the hump then try suggesting they grow up a bit, whats good for the goose.........;) Lighten up there fella.0 -

Fair enough
It's not so much the hope for a HPC (I was there myself when I first joined the forum), it's all the anti-baby boomer stuff and how hard it is for our generation compared with theirs and the general carping about how unfair life is. Balls, it's just harder in some ways and easier in others and life is what you make of it."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
i'm not sure what's worse some one actually thinks this and posted it or the people that Thanked it :rotfl:
oh dear
You wouldn't trust them with a real gun would you?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is.
