Yesterday you were in floods of tears about the nasty Bulls:Hamish, JonnyBravo, Georgeous George saw the loss of my rented property as an opportunity for joy and mockery.
And now here you are doing your usual bull-baiting.
When the bulls respond, will we once again have you sobbing across the boards about how ill-used you are, followed by an avalange of 'thanks' from the bear crowd?
You're completely pathetic. The whole bear crowd seem to be a bunch of self-obsessed kids who were spoilt by their parents and want the world handed to them on a platter. I'm getting tired of all their bleating and carping about how badly done to they are.
It makes me ashamed to be in the same generation as you lot. Get some balls and either buy a house or stop crying about it, you babies."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
majority of the bulls on this site own property which are in arrears (judging from recently figures). the real threat of repossession and bankruptcy looms large. to have a bear sh*t in the woods then rub your nose in it (a public service?) only excerbates their fears which in turn causes them to act and respond in a juvenile manner. care must be excercise when conversing with desperate people.
I'm bullish type who owns a couple of properties.
I'm not in arrears, there is no threat of bankcruptcy and reposession is not even a consideration. I don't get the feeling most other property owners on here are struggling - Where on earth did you get the this rather ill conceived impression?
In fact many now have massively reduced mortgages and have been heavily overpaying due to the low BOE rate. As a personal example, 2 years ago the monthly IO mortgage payment on my PPR was £900 more per month than currently.
Thats a saving of nearly 11k per year.....which is niceGo round the green binbags. Turn right at the mouldy George Elliot, forward, forward, and turn left....at the dead badger0 -
unfortunately this is very accurrate description for a very large number of these people..Harry_Powell wrote: »Get some balls and either buy a house or stop crying about it, you babies.0 -

I actually envisage that Macacque is a bull, but he's the sort of person that loves an argument so posts so much guff in order to enact a response.
Or maybe he's like Frank Gallagher when he was on jury duty and receiving expenses.
First he thought the guy was innocent when everyone else said he was guilty. then when he turned around the thoughts of the Jury he changes his mind and started arguing he was guilty.
Macaque = Frank Gallagher. That the image I now hold of macaque

Verrrrry nice!
I too am in a similar position.
When my mortgage rates lowered, I maintained the monthly payments. Thousands have been reduced from my mortgage debt:wall:

If houses fell 50% next week, the usual frothers would still find an excuse not to buy.
Probably cause they would still be looking for that extra 20% to proove they were correct in joining the 70% club
