Yes, I got the teabag! It was a chocolate and mint one. As there was only one teabag I resisted the tempatation to try it in case weeks passed and I had forgotten what it was like until the survey came round.

As it happened, MONTHS passed and no survey. In the end I threw the wretched thing away, it was probably stale by then anyhow.

I still don't understand how you can give a conclusive opinion based on ONE teabag!!
