could someone please PM the contact details for this bunch at t&v

ive emailed them on no end of occasions now chasing up 10,000 points for a survey i did more than 6 weeks ago (i need this 10,000 pts to reach the 40,000, take something from them and leg it from their site)

succeeded in delivery of a £20 cheque (reward for doing surveys) from Home of Research. Had been waiting since July 2006 for the payment.
Go to the website and register a complaint. The cheque arrived within about 10 days from registering my complaint.

They certainly make companies wake up!

Recently email about amazon voucher, told it had been sent long time ago, was able to email back with proof of recent emails and offer to refund points to account, got reply back apoligising, points soon returned and a HMV voucher ordered, this came through in less than a week.

Same as me Moonlight - got a reply back this morning (first time they've ever been so prompt) and have credited points back to my account.

well i ordered an amazon voucher chased it up etc (like most of you) got a reply saying sorry and they would give me the points back as they could not issue the voucher. then a week later i got an e-mail with the voucher number on it and a 40000 credit showing on my account

I emailed them weeks ago about 4300 points that I had not been credited. They finally replied after I emailed them 3 times and said that I needed to send them the email inviting me to the survey and they would look into it. Did'nt still have it and told them so. No reply so had to email again.

It seems that if you state in your email that they are discourteous, unhelpful and rude for not replying then all of a sudden you get a reply.

Eventually got my points. Just need to keep badgering them if they don't cough up to start with.

But they are useless as a company!!!

Well I dont know of anyone that has ever actually got a test item, and yes I flippin do miss the points, as I havent been sent a survey in about 2 months, and I have 36510 points! :rolleyes:

They are a bunch of cowboys... better off with Pigsback!

Talk of them and they will come!!

I got a survey this morning for 4.700 points and got to complete the whole thing!!!

I think T&V surveys might be like buses, there isn't one for ages.... :rotfl:

When my points are credited I will take my first voucher and run I think!!

thanks for that, strangley enough they emailed me back today (nearly fell off my seat when i saw a reply in my inbox :eek:

they asked me for the details of the survey which were all in the email as i replied back to the original survey invite :mad: :rolleyes:

Found out today that I've been credited 17,000 points for a survey I don't even remember doing. Still, I'm not going to complain
