had an email about a 4500 point survey ,got 20% through it then told they had enough people grrrrrr !!

I got an email from Test & Vote about the problems logging in. This is what it says:

"Dear member,



Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we had a technical error on our server this weekend and because of this noone could login to their account. The server is functioning now however and you should have no problems login in. We apologize for this and we will of course try to avoid this in the future."

So it's sorted now.

Three new Quick Votes today - two about 4x4's and one about supermarket shopping. Also two new test products to register for - a Christmas tree and Kleenex.

I cant beleive they have the cheek to stop giving 75 points for registering for a test product!!!

They say 'We are sure you wont miss the points as you get to keep the item'

Well I dont know of anyone that has ever actually got a test item, and yes I flippin do miss the points, as I havent been sent a survey in about 2 months, and I have 36510 points! :rolleyes:

They are a bunch of cowboys... better off with Pigsback!

T&V are a nightmare! Ordered an Amazon voucher in February (!), it didn't arrive, so after four weeks emailed them. Many emails later, I finally got a reply in June, saying they had had problems with the Amazon vouchers and were reordering them, but it'd be wth me soon.

Gave it another four weeks, started emailing them again, and finally got a reply last week saying there's never been a problem with the Amazon vouchers, that it must have gone to my spam folder and as it was more than three months there was nothing they could do!

Have forwarded the June email and asked them to comment - will update on here when I get a reply, probably in another three months! Now waiting for an HMV voucher as well.
