Hey, Iv'e just noticed that you can trade in your points for ipoints. Not sure if it is a good deal but you get more choices with ipoints though.
Do you know how many Ipoints you get for your test and vote points?
I don't have enough (so it says) but can't see it stating what is needed.

Thanks to all the people who gave me a 'kind' reply about my question on points. I only joined last T&V last week so I needed the advice.
    Thanks guys!

    Hi Kat,

    Here is the info:

    40000 points = 120 ipoints 50000 points = 150 ipoints

just so you know 615 ipoints is a £30 amazon voucher, go to https://www.ipoints.co.uk to have a look or let someone refer you if you haven't already joined, not meaning to be cheeky but if you are going to join anyway someone might as well benefit, if you want, please don't take offence
    :D

    I hope this helps

Cheers for that. I am already signed up with Ipoints (have been for years) so was interested if it was worth transfering points across.
But it seems (for me at least) not to be that great.

So 40000 TV points can get me a £10 HMV voucher or 120 Ipoints.

120 ipoints is worth a little over a fiver for most rewards on Ipoints.
(215 for a £10 CD, 270 for a £10 book for instance). So I'll probably just go for the HMV voucher as can usually find something to use it on.

Thanks for the info though :)

Is anyone else getting lots of quick votes that you've already done? I've had 4 at least today plus at least one new one that I've got points for but the rest I didn't get points for (as I've done them before) but they're not clearing like they usually do but keep reappearing...

I had a reply from the French CS people today. They gave the same reasons as we've had before for the loss of the 75 points for test registrations. As for the Quick Vote points not being awarded, they explain that as a temporary technical problem and suggest trying again later.

Have now voted for Recent move for surgeries@GPs by apans and also the same on Divorce and Vegetarianism written by the same member! :money:

Also my OH (johnboy121) wanted to say a big 'thanks!' to everyone who voted for his Op "Solar Power Is The Future".

I think somebody mentioned on here earlier that if you are reading someone's opinion then you can just click on their name and it gives you all the ops that someone has ever written and so when I've been reading ops from people on here I have been trying to do that.

Anyhow, everyone who has done this for me and for my OH thanks a million, we will do our best to return the favour. Also, just a reminder that I am NEWJANET on T&V, if you vote for ops by fallen121 (if they have written any?) then it isn't me!!
  • Hi all,
I've a couple of opinions if you fancy having a nose, one's called The Future of the Country under education, then university debts.
    Thanks everyone
