I'm a real mug - been doing surveys for about a year & only noticed last month that I hadnt been credited - when I emailed I was asked for the survey codes on the emails which of course are long since deleted. My views are irrelevant - censorship is alive & well!0

They really are useless. Wish some of the people who work there read these comments and try to improve their job.2014 - Lisbon - February

I've been doing their suverys for a long time and just got enough for a £5 voucher a week or 2 ago - haven't claimed it yet.
The only product they sent me to test was a (mini) box of smarties, sent with no note or anything. I'm afraid I thought it was a freebie and shared them with my son.
When the survey link came through, the survey was in French - I did my best.
I keep registering for tests in the hope of getting someting worthwhile to test - no luck yet apart from the smarties. As others on here have said, Ciao and TNS are much better.0 -
Ditto - they are useless. Don't bother with them anymore, points never got credited and no product tests either. There are much better survey/product test sites out there than this one. Joined in September and have already received first £5 amazon voucher. This was earned from doing a few surveys and quick points. No product testing.
I disagree with earlier posts I think Ciao are the most useless company, they send me all these surveys to do and after a few questions i always get the response 'sorry you do not meet our criteria this time'. It would take me years to earn any money from Ciao.0 -
But Ciao at least sends surveys and pays money to your account. I earned around £30 with them. They are ok.2014 - Lisbon - February

I don't like Valuedopinions. Their surveys take 20 min and you get £1. TNS is definitely one of the best. Recently I received the questionaire which took me nearly 45min to complete but I'll get 1750 Nectar points for that what gives me £17.50 in Adams for kids clothes. Not bad isn't it?2014 - Lisbon - February

Gave up with these ages ago. not keen on ciao as they only pay direct to a bank account and I don't want to give details out online. Plus I nearly always get rejected for their surveysComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0
