Keep that photo .... my question is - does it show the laptop undamaged - ie. as the condition you gave to them in?
Also as others have said, did you gt a receipt showing condition of laptop when handed to PC world???

Are PC world actually saying there is further damage other than the damaged screen?
I thought they were saying that the faulty screen has been caused by it being dropped.0
