what details does a company need to credit my account?

Hi,

So I sent a parcel through a courier and it got lost. The courier has finally contacted me about a refund and is now asking me for my card details (number, expiry date and security code). Is that normal? I was under the impression that my account number is the only thing needed?..

Thanks a lot

It depends how the courier wants to refund the funds.

If you paid by card they may want to refund you by card for example.
