Hi,
So I sent a parcel through a courier and it got lost. The courier has finally contacted me about a refund and is now asking me for my card details (number, expiry date and security code). Is that normal? I was under the impression that my account number is the only thing needed?..
Thanks a lot

It depends how the courier wants to refund the funds.
If you paid by card they may want to refund you by card for example.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
