I parked my botorbike on a cms car park.
at the time I was unaware of any signage.
I parked my bike on the large walkway between the rows of bays because in the past i have had my bike hit by a motorist who had not seen my bike parked in a bay and drove off, then the car park officials say i parked at my own risk and also there is no official area for motorbike parking.
For this reason alone i parked my bike for safety
I then got a reminder notice with a phto of my bike with an amount due of £ 80.00.
I appealed and in doing so my fine was frozen.
I then got a reply saying my appeal was not upheld and that it had also gone uo to £ 130
could you please advice me on how to proceed, preferably without paying
Chief.

Its scam, don't reply to them any further, just ignore them completely, their tickets are not enforceable in law, and they don't do court, just keep your money in your pocket.
The only tickets you must deal with are from the council or police.
See the video on this link for reassurance.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Read anything about private parking and it'll say do not pay !, same applies for motorbikes as it does for cars its a scam - a rip off do not pay em, do not contact them anymore, they will send threats of baillifs and ccj's etc but these can be ignored, the only time you will get either is if they actually take you to court ( very unlikely ) and they win ( even more unlikely ) and you dont pay.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0
