hi, i just had someone phone called .we fight any claim . saying that they can get me aprox £2000 back for ppi on a loan i had. i have only repaid that amouint so far off a £4000 loan...
can i actually claim ppi as i have never heard of it and don,t know if i took it out..also can i do this myself instead of paying these people to do it...
i thought that payments like bank charges have been seen as fair so you cannot claim them back anymore..thankyou

do you know though if people can claim back ppi or is it like the banks and a fair charge..

PPI is a valid and acceptable product.

Its how it is sold that matters. If sold correctly then everything is fine. If mis-sold then its not.

how do you know if miss sold ,i did not know i was paying it , should i have read the small print properlry..
