Facias, Soffits and Gutters

We are going to start getting prices for Facias, Soffits and Gutters on our semi. We are in the Oldham/North West area.

Can anyone recommend a local company or give us any idea as to what sort of price we will be looking at paying for this work.

I'm in the north west and we had ours done last year.

Avoid big companies charging silly money and find a small local firm. Check what they are quoting for as some will remove all the existing timber (the correct way in my view) others will quote to cover the wood with thin coverboard.

As an idea, I had a semi done, with a tricky extra section above my bay window, front porch and detached garage with 16mm fascia and a continually vented soffit for £1250 inc vat. That also included a scaffolding tower to do the work.
