20 second calls with no one on the other end (sky)

I joined sky with the talk, tv and broadband package in april and when the phone was connected I began to recieve calls lasting 20 seconds. These calls are from all over the country and are quiet, the call then cuts out after 20 seconds. I have called a few of the numbers back and they have said that they havent made the call. I have spoken to sky and they cannot find a fault and have never heard of this fault before.
